To prolong the caster's lifespan, it is advisable to keep the actual load below 80% of its approved weight rating.
2. For single casters rated over 200kg, operated via traction with movement speeds in the range of 6-8km/h, and compliant with the other two conditions, it is recommended to limit the actual weight load to 60% of the approved capacity to ensure longevity.
