Our industry-leading purchase guide ensures that the approved loading weight is optimal for conditions where: 1. The ground surface is smooth, 2. Ambient temperature ranges from 20-30ºC (excluding high-temperature casters), 3. The moving speed does not exceed 4 km/h.

1. For selected casters carrying over 200kg, using traction as motive power, and moving at speeds up to 6 km/h while fulfilling the other two conditions, the actual load should remain under 80% of the approved weight to prolong caster lifespan.

2. For casters designed for loads over 200kg, employing traction as motive power with a speed of 6-8 km/h, and meeting the other two conditions, ensure the actual load does not surpass 60% of the approved weight to extend the caster's longevity.
