The movement speed should not exceed 4km/h, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
1. When selecting a caster with a load capacity exceeding 200kg, and utilizing traction methods as motive power, it is crucial that the speed remains below 6km/h while also meeting the two other conditions. To prolong the caster’s life, it is recommended to keep the actual load weight below 80% of the approved threshold.
2. For casters supporting over 200kg and using traction methods, where movement speeds are between 6-8km/h, and additional criteria are fulfilled, it's essential to ensure the load weight does not exceed 60% of the approved capacity. This practice enhances the lifespan of the caster.
